What fees are involved?

There is a $500.00 fee on all real estate loans in addition to one percent of the loan amount and all costs incurred on your behalf. If you have any questions in regards to these fees please contact one of our Real Estate Loan Specialists.

Will I need to pay for a property appraisal?

Yes, you will need to pay for a property appraisal as part of your real estate loan.

What rate will I be offered?
