||The Client Services Specialist works out of Citizens State Bank corporate headquarters in Waco, Texas, to support the deposit, lending, and accounting functions of CSB, which has branch offices throughout Central and East Texas. Works in a standard office environment, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with appropriate breaks. May be called upon to work overtime or assist other departments as needed. Due to the time constraints placed on some daily activities, this position may be called upon to shift work hours earlier than other office staff, (e.g.: 7:00 – 4:00). High school diploma required and previous experience working in a bank support capacity strongly preferred.|
||Daily deposit & loan processing activities require limited manual input to achieve completion. Review un-posted deposit/loan items, pending NSF payments, high value checks, pending return items, and ACH posting reports. Corrections or adjustments must be input as needed to complete daily processing. These activities are time-sensitive and must be completed by 11:00 AM each day.
Other daily activities include review of closed debit card & online banking accounts, review and update of client statement preferences, internal statement download and retention, mailing of client notices, and specific account reconciliations. These activities must be completed by end-of-day.
